Et les films o\u00f9 ils s\u2019illustrent sont des Kaiju Eiga. Jusqu\u2019ici, tout va bien.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Et donc, se pr\u00e9parent avec ce roi des monstres un beau <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">K<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">aiju Eiga Am\u00e9ricain. Car il faut pr\u00e9ciser que pendant des ann\u00e9es, les japonais avait la main mise sur ce type de film, \u00e0 quelques exceptions pr\u00e8s, comme l\u2019inoubliable King Kong de 1933 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ernest B. Schoedsack et Merian C. Cooper.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mais les kaijus, faut reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019on les adore, et on en parle depuis un petit moment dans notre s\u00e9rie, comme vous avez pu le d\u00e9couvrir dans l\u2019\u00e9pisode 12 de la saison 1 \u201cKaiju, Just Run\u201d : <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/embed.radiopublic.com\/e?if=pamela-target-8XR1ee&amp;ge=s1!c64730db7f41fcf5f4afd5dfe236f60ae28b42eb\" width=\"100%\" height=\"185\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" sandbox=\"allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-top-navigation allow-popups\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Et quitte \u00e0 parler de Ka\u00efju, on pourrait s\u2019attarder un instant sur le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre d\u2019entre eux, le bizarrement nomm\u00e9 GODZILLA ! <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le seul monstre qui a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 nous rappeler \u00e0 travers les \u00e2ges les m\u00e9faits du nucl\u00e9aire et le riff mortel de <strong>Led Zeppelin<\/strong> qui lance leur cultissime <strong>Kashmir<\/strong> !<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GaFlGW3Nk1g\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Alors un Kaiju \u00e9colo-rock qui a atteint l\u2019\u00e2ge de la retraite, \u00e7a se f\u00eate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">H\u00e9 oui, on vous parle de retraite car le petit Godzilla vit le jour en 1954 dans le film \u00e9ponyme de Ishiro Honda. Ce qui lui fait soixante-cinq ans au compteur. Ah, nous avons parl\u00e9 trop vite, avec la retraite \u00e0 soixante-sept ans, Godzilla va devoir encore se remuer un peu le popotin avant de se reposer. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Et c\u2019est ce qu\u2019il compte faire cette ann\u00e9e en organisant une m\u00e9ga teuf avec tous ses potes dans \u201cGodzilla King of monsters\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>1. En tout cas celle de Tokyo. En effet, petit r\u00e9sum\u00e9, les essais nucl\u00e9aires am\u00e9ricains dans le pacifique ont eu une cons\u00e9quence d\u00e9sastreuse, ils ont r\u00e9veill\u00e9 un monstre souterrain, Godzilla. Assez agac\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre interrompu en pleine sieste mill\u00e9naire, Godzilla va ravager tout ce qu\u2019il trouve sur son chemin. Ca tombe bien, y a un petit archipel \u00e0 pi\u00e9tiner pas loin. Bon, cet archipel, c\u2019est le Japon, et Godzilla va se l\u00e2cher. Heureusement, \u00e0 la fin, une puissante arme l\u2019atomise et tout rentre dans l\u2019ordre. Bref, un film de monstre. Mais en y regardant de plus pr\u00e8s, \u00e7a va un peu plus loin. Tout d\u2019abord, Godzilla, n\u00e9 du nucl\u00e9aire, en devient le symbole tout puissant. Il ravage tout dans sa fureur aveugle comme le ferait une bombe. Il crache un souffle radioactif.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les images des bless\u00e9s d\u00e9bordant les h\u00f4pitaux renvoient les spectateurs \u00e0 un triste pass\u00e9 qui a \u00e0 peine plus de dix ans. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dans le film, les Etats-Unis sont responsables de ce bazar. L\u00e0 encore, le message sous-jacent est assez clair. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mais les messages ne s\u2019arr\u00eatent pas l\u00e0. Il faut inventer une arme plus puissante pour arr\u00eater le Kaiju. Rappelant que la violence engendre une violence plus dure encore. Et le savant qui fait ce choix dans l\u2019histoire prend une d\u00e9cision lourde de cons\u00e9quence, il se sacrifiera avec son arme en arr\u00eatant Godzilla car il sait que l\u2019humanit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas pr\u00eate \u00e0 disposer de quelque chose de plus puissant que le nucl\u00e9aire. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Derri\u00e8re la victoire sur le monstre, il y a un message fort pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 venir qui n\u2019est pas uniquement \u201cattention, le nucl\u00e9aire c\u2019est mal\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le film fut un succ\u00e8s consid\u00e9rable. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tellement consid\u00e9rable qu\u2019il a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 un souffle godzillien sur le monde. Pas moins de seize films sur vingt-et-un ans, jusqu\u2019en 1975 o\u00f9 tout tourna court avec \u201cMecha Godzilla contre-attaque\u201d de Ishiro Honda. La boucle est boucl\u00e9e. En effet, Jun Fukura, Motoyoshi Oda et Ishiro Honda ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 eux trois les seize films.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tous ces films sont regroup\u00e9s sous le nom de films de l\u2019\u00e8re Showa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Godzilla confirme aussi la technique de tournage, loin des images de synth\u00e8se, o\u00f9 un acteur enfile une lourd costume solidement charpent\u00e9 par des armatures, le tout pouvant atteindre les cent kilos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"560\" height=\"966\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2691\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pamelatarget.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/godzilla-costume.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pamelatarget.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/godzilla-costume.jpg 560w, https:\/\/www.pamelatarget.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/godzilla-costume-174x300.jpg 174w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le com\u00e9dien qui joue Godzilla teste le costume !<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>2. LES COMBATS DE GODZILLA, C&rsquo;EST AUSSI SEXY QU&rsquo;UN MATCH DE CATCH.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>He&rsquo;s a product of civilisation. Men are the only real monsters. Godzilla&rsquo;s more like a nuclear weapon.\u201d<b> <\/b>&#8211; Dr. Hayashida<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u00e0, pendant neuf ans, plus de Godzilla. Film qui marque le d\u00e9but des films de l\u2019\u00e8re Heisei, avec pas moins de sept opus au compteur entre 1984 et 1995. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tout cela finit en apog\u00e9e avec \u201cGodzilla versus Destroyah\u201d de Takao Okawara en 1995. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Notons que sorti du retour de Godzilla, tous les autres films de cette p\u00e9riode oppose Godzilla \u00e0 d\u2019autres Kaijus pas piqu\u00e9 des hannetons, citons dans le d\u00e9sordre, Biollante, Space Godzilla (s\u00e9rieusement ? Oui), MechaGodzilla (oui, encore lui), King Ghidorah et Mothra (La mite g\u00e9ante, si, si), tous deux aussi d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019\u00e8re Showa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Notre Kaiju serait devenu juste bon \u00e0 enfiler des gants et \u00e0 affronter des adversaires dans des matchs de catch dont les tours de Tokyo formeraient le ring ?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les films de l\u2019\u00e8re Heisei semblent avoir perdu le message de la premi\u00e8re p\u00e9riode. Et aussi Ishiro Honda, qui ne reprendra pas le flambeau. Et qui d\u2019ailleurs ne le reprendra plus car il nous quitte en 1993, l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 sort \u201cGodzilla versus Mechagodzilla 2\u201d. La boucle serait boucl\u00e9e ? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>3. GODZILLA, C&rsquo;EST LE MONSTRE ULTIME DE l&rsquo;UNIVERS DES MONSTRES (OU MONSTERVERSE).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>We scientists produced this monster&#8230; Godzilla. And ever since, we tried to destroy him.\u201d &#8211; Shiro Miyasaka<\/i> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Rien n\u2019est moins s\u00fbr. Les Japonais d\u00e9cident de reprendre la main en 1999 avec \u201cGodzilla 2000\u201d de Takao Okawara.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Et c\u2019est reparti pour de folles ann\u00e9es jusqu\u2019en 2004 avec \u201cGodzilla final Wars\u201d de Ryuhei Kitamura o\u00f9 tout se m\u00e9lange : vaisseau spatial, manipulation g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, monstre, aliens, minigodzilla et on en passe. Ce film sorti pour les cinquante ans de Godzilla marque la fin de l\u2019\u00e8re des films Millenium entam\u00e9e avec \u201cGodzilla 2000\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Et le montre se rendort. Un court retour en 2007 pour un petit cam\u00e9o (ou apparition fugace) et puis plus rien.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Gareth Edwards, en profite pour r\u00e9aliser son Godzilla aux US en 2014 qui pr\u00e9pare le terrain au \u201cKong, Skull Island\u201d de Jordan Vogt-Roberts sorti en 2017. Les deux films lancent le monsterverse ! <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le monsterverse, \u00e7a peut donner \u00e7a : <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2692\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pamelatarget.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/godzilla-vs-kong-artwork.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"831\" height=\"620\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pamelatarget.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/godzilla-vs-kong-artwork.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.pamelatarget.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/godzilla-vs-kong-artwork-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.pamelatarget.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/godzilla-vs-kong-artwork-768x573.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 831px) 100vw, 831px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">C\u2019est mieux que \u00e7a, apr\u00e8s tout: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2693\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pamelatarget.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/king-kong-contre-godzilla.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"623\" height=\"263\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ca va se compliquer encore un peu, car si les \u00e9tats-unis lancent le <strong>MONSTERVERSE<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019image du cinematic universe de marvel et de celui de DC, mettant en sc\u00e8ne des monstres issus de diff\u00e9rentes licences dans un m\u00eame film, les Japonais n\u2019ont pas dit leur dernier mot avec en 2016 \u201cGodzilla Resurgence\u201d de Shinji Higuchi et Hideaki Anno qui va \u00eatre suivi de trois films en deux ans marquant le retour en fanfare de Godzilla sur l\u2019archipel. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Et nous voil\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, avec \u201c<strong>Godzilla : King of monsters<\/strong>\u201d de Michael Dougherty qui d\u00e9barque, r\u00e9unissant Godzilla, donc, mais aussi King Ghidorah, Rodan et l\u2019in\u00e9vitable Mothra (rappelez-vous, la mite g\u00e9ante). Ce film s\u2019int\u00e8gre au monsterverse \u00e9voqu\u00e9 plus haut et annonce \u201cKong Versus Godzilla\u201d pr\u00e9vu pour 2020 et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Adam Wingard. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A la lecture de tout cela, vous comprendrez que la s\u00e9rie mythique des Sharknado devient d\u2019une simplicit\u00e9 consternante. (pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie o\u00f9 des requins tombent du ciel au large du Mexique).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mais laissons l\u00e0 les requins volants pour revenir au Kaiju. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Godzilla est le phare de ces monstres et en introduit m\u00eame certains d\u2019entre eux dans ses films (on ne citera pas \u00e0 nouveau Mothra, c\u2019est promis). Gamera, par exemple, et ses treize films ! King Kong et ses dix films (dont \u201cKing Kong contre godzilla\u201d de Ishiro Honda sorti en 1962).
